nick loves brownies, so to add to his pot roast dinner, i made him brownies in a heart shaped pan. ok ok ok ok, i was at my local HEB and they had a buy the pan get the brownies free. WHAT?



and you think its easy? apparently not for me.

step one, everything that is listed, dump it into a big ass bowl. oh, and dont have a hard time opening the bag of mix and not think to grab scissors and explode everything all over the counter, floor, and yourself. oh, i had scissors, im a flippin' hairstylist. but no, i just dont think when it comes to cooking.

oh? what? what happened here? i forgot to put water in it. you know, like the four step instructions said. and yes, i did try to just add the water to the heart shaped pan and unsuccessfully try to mix it.




but it turned out great. whatever. he liked it and put ice cream on a chunk and devoured it.
