wtf chicken!

why do i keep having dry ass chicken when i bake it? ive tried wrapping it in foil, putting water/chicken broth at the bottom of the pan, low heat slow cooking, etc.

grr! im tired of newspaper!

  1. Are you using boneless, skinless, chicken breasts? If so. That's why. That is the driest meat on the planet.

    Also, I have a slow cooker recipe makes the most mouthwatering chicken ever. Grr. Can't find it right now. Sorry. It's actually a medifast recipe. Your Ma may have it?
